Wanju Travelling Infomation     Bulmyeongsan                       Steep mountains and deep valleys, Bulmyeongsan, harboring an ancient temple, Hwaamsa, can be hiked from parking lot where is located 4.5㎞ drive passing by Dongsanggol or valley making a right turn at Yongbok-ri gas station after about 25㎞ from Jeonju for Daedunsan via # 17 local road. Reminding of steep mountains and deep valleys, Bulmyeongsan consists of several mountain peaks forming a half moon with Jangseonri-jae or ridge and Yonggae-jae around Sirubong and harbors an ancient temple, Hwaamsa at the foot of southern mountain surrounded by the thick forest. 15 minutes walk form the parking lot will lead us to iron steps, water falls and rockwalls in harmony. After a big rain, a large water fall pouring water from 20m height, and several small water falls here and there come into being, and the sun shining in the valley soon become shadow. This is famous for a summer resort. Bulmyeongsan, from the entrance, has different scenic beauty for four season. In the spring, the blossoms of golden bell and cherry blossoms, in the summer strange rocks and bizarre stones and the forest in harmony, in the autumn red leaves tinting all over the mountain, and in the winter silvery white snowy landscape offer us the finest mountain hiking.
